The facebook inspired race hatred Anglo-Saxon with support from their fascists mainland European counterparts are still following me on their social media sites and ran another run in my local high street to see my reaction prior to an attack. This time I informed the police who I understand took decisive action. I thank the UK police for that. I am still capturing the faces of the individuals involved and will begin to post them online as race-hate fascists.

Conjecture, Contemplation, Meditation – their differences

Meditation has become a go-to for those seeking refuge from stress, anxiety, emotional turmoil and anger. The term is strewn around like confetti. Its ubiquity masks the complete lack of understanding of what it is and mean. People speak about meditation as if it were a portal into a magical state of consciousness, into which they need only dip a toe in order to access calm, balance and a lower blood pressure. Nowadays everyone is an expert on this thing called meditation, whose value is measured in its empirical impact on their lives.

Listening to all the noise generated about meditation I reflect that ignorance, in this case, is not bliss. It is time to put a stop to the petty commercialization around it and to the idea that it is a bar snack one reaches out for and grabs while having a drink. The fact is there is no ‘meditation’ in the sense in which it is mindlessly thought about, pontificated about and supposedly practiced. Meditation is not a one size fits all panacea to life’s stresses and strains. And it certainly can’t be self-taught. One doesn’t simply practice meditation. You enter it only after years of intensive training under exacting supervision by a higher being. These beings don’t go around getting certificated to ‘teach’ meditation and they don’t hold classes.

Furthermore, one only enters the realm of meditation via contemplation, which in turn is entered via conjecture.

Conjecture is the environment where your thoughts come to debate. Thoughts don’t exist in the realm of meditation, contrary to what you are told. That whole thing about watching your thoughts come and go is nonsense. Only in conjecture are there thoughts and even then you don’t watch them float by. Rather, you evaluate them, choose between them, selecting a thought that will yield the best possible outcome for you. Being with our thoughts is part of everyday life, a default setting that allows us to navigate our daily concerns and realities.

Not convinced?

Think of a candle. Picture it in your mind. Is there just one candle, or two, three, even four? Is/Are the candle(s) lit? In which direction do/does the flame(s) flicker? Do they all flicker in the same direction? What is the backdrop to all this? Now, open your eyes slowly. Has the image vanished? If yes, then start all over again. For those who retained the image you must now register the sounds around you. Your attention is divided, yes, between the image of the candle(s) and your sensory environment? Can you keep hold of the image now, or is it going slowly out of focus, dissolving? If yes, then I’m afraid you have to start all over again. For those who can retain the candle image while heeding the sounds around themselves, you now have to also pay attention to the flow of thoughts registering their presence, and be able to sift through them and evaluate their significance and worth. Can’t do it? Then it’s back to the beginning. If you have managed all of this, you now have to additionally focus on the sound of the candle(s) flickering flames. If you can’t identify and differentiate them, start all over again.

This is what is passed off as meditation. It is, in fact, the realm of conjecture.

Conjecture is difficult to master, let alone transcend. Western dabblers in eastern mysticism – lacking the humiliation, humility and humbleness that is to be their life’s constant state – think that a few sessions of so-called practice is enough to return home with and set up a class. In those classes, they extract cash from wealthy wannabes who want to enter the portal of calmness, and who mimic their conceit that a bit of practice and a certificate equips them to guide others and save the world.

An analogous situation is found in yoga: Money-grabbing, get-rich-quick individuals are teaching yoga. But it isn’t your ordinary yoga. No. It is kundalini yoga. The same kundalini yoga that is traditionally never taught to all and sundry but is passed only from high being to disciple. The yoga being taught at a class near you is standard everyday yoga, but calling it so doesn’t generate wealth; it has to be sexed up – hence, kundalini yoga. And the primary exporter of all this was the person who knew nought about yoga and managed to dupe millions – none other than Yogi Harbhajan Singh.

Meditation as ‘taught’ and ‘learned’ today reflects what we see happening to yoga. Its all about liars selling lies to suckers who lap up being lied to.

Reverting…

If what is widely and falsely acknowledged as meditation is in fact conjecture – as I illustrated above using the example of the candle(s) – then what is the transition pathway from conjecture to meditation proper? Well, it is a pathway that stops at the realm of contemplation first. And I am not going to share with you the process or details of the pathway.

I will, however, give you a tantalizing insight.

You’ll recall the exercise with the candle(s) that forms part of the realm of activity in conjecture. Well, one aspect of the realm of contemplation requires you to look at the candle(s) and listen to the noise that each flame makes while immersing yourself in music of your choice, watching a television programme with alertness and interest, paying attention to the outside world and its sounds and goings-on all, all while maintaining perfect posture.

(I re-introduced a lotus position a few decades ago without sharing the exact positioning involved. I note that students use the same posture, though their execution of it is wrong. In fact, I re-introduced three postures several decades ago that are now in vogue and which are practiced widely but imprecisely – for the same reason, that I didn’t share the minutiae of how to practice them. Indeed, every single posture has its own deep history, context, meaning and purpose. Without comprehensive understanding of all of this, a posture is rendered meaningless and is thus incapable of delivering the full latent energy contained within. Lacking knowledge and clarity, a posture is reduced to an acrobatic exercise.)

Reverting…

Contemplation is a state defined by your ability to focus on only progressive dharmic principles, one at a time, and merge into the essence of that environment without falling out of sync with the organic surrounding world. This indicates you are graced.

Intense training is required to enter the realm of contemplation and unless a high being graces your journey then it is impossible to not be overwhelmed by anger, arrogance, vanity and thoughts of revenge.

Once contemplation is achieved and sustained permanently, many adherents will be selected to have their bio-structure altered so they are reborn as docile fauna or long-living flora. (It is an extremely misleading and ego-based concept to believe that humans are the highest order of creation on this planet.) Here they wait, until instructed to be reborn as human and help dictate human events.

First conjecture, and then contemplation have to studied in-depth. It takes several lifetimes of continuous and committed study to realise the vastness of the subjects and to make progress.

Given that each human birth comes after several thousands of years of taking birth as a non-human, the chance you will recall a lesson learned in a previous human life is well-nigh impossible. Unless you have been graced by a higher being.

Having said that, there are two bodily organs that are critical in aiding one’s pathway from conjecture to contemplation and thence meditation. The first is the skin – more precisely, it’s pigment. Caucasian skin is a regressive and abnormal pigment, a serious anti-meditation organ. It is the portal through which lower, restricted, ungraced bio-forms enter the human birth chain; and the pigment which those people, who have fallen from their high statuses, are given as a reprimand. Darker skin pigments are progressive. They give one the ability to absorb meditation-energy more easily. The other organ paramount in helping one enter meditation is hair – specifically, the retention of one’s bodily hair. Hair has a special and divine purpose, albeit that many consider body hair unfashionable and even disgusting.

Now, you might be wondering who – given the stringent conditions for progression – actually make the cut

Amongst Caucasians the likes of Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Pythagoras, Master Eckhart, Ludwig Feuerbach and Nietzsche have reached the higher echelons of conjecture as evidenced by the body of thought they produced.

In the east, Adi Shankara, Sri Aurobindo, Swami Vivekananda and Rabindranath Tagore have progressed further, attaining the middle stratum of contemplation. But none of them merged into meditation.

Escape from the pain, misery and darkness of rebirth – where one is always the victim of circumstances – comes only after one has endured and does not react at all. Such humility eventually (though not always) evolves into humbleness. Mastering humbleness is critical to accessing higher strata within conjecture (as did the Caucasians mentioned earlier) and contemplation (as per the eastern personages mentioned earlier), and eventually meditation.

Certainly, out of the public gaze there walk among us those with deeper (progressive) skin pigment who have attained and remain within the realm of meditation – and who have thence advanced into samadhi even. They are accompanied by the grace of higher beings. And they walk silently and with humbleness among us.

So, I would say, put your money away and stop lining the pockets of meditation-charlatans. You cannot learn to meditate. All you can claim to be doing is attempting to achieve a higher state of conjecture than the one we naturally inhabit everyday and to achieve a more stable bio-rhythm. Unfortunately and inaccurately this is all termed ‘meditation’ when it frankly is not.

That said, I do commend you if you are tying to make some progress, even if your terminology is wrong and your sense of achievement is more imagined than real. For, only by attempting to progress can you open yourself to the opportunity to actually progress. Just don’t call what you do meditation!

Toothbrush, Worship, Contemplation & Meditation

We non race-Europeans living in the west or defined by the west, keenly mimic western behaviour and morality, even though our instincts are to reject it.

For example: It is assumed that race-Europeans would not eat from an unwashed spoon from the sink, or drink from an unwashed cup. Yet, every morning and night they pick up a toothbrush from the holder, use it, rinse it, and replace it; and we follow suit.

Now, how many of us use cutlery and dishes that are merely rinsed with water rather than properly cleaned with washing-up liquid? How many of you clean and use dishes in this way for a year, maybe two?

A toothbrush is rinsed in running water, used repeatedly, twice daily, for two to three years at a time.

Don’t you think that like your dishes your toothbrush should also be washed thoroughly with good quality washing-up liquid, rinsed under boiling water, dried, and stored before its next use?

It is like inviting someone over to your house for a meal, and insisting you sit in your recently used bathroom, which smells of your foul waste. Would your guest agree to eat in that bathroom?

Yet, race-Europeans not only use the bathroom to brush their teeth, they actually store their toothbrushes in the same foul-smelling area where the whole family defecates. They then brush their teeth after each family member has finished their stint in the bathroom.

How nice.

In many Indian families the toothbrush is kept in a separate room altogether, a room dedicated to oral hygiene alone.

So, what has this to do with worship, contemplation and meditation?

Figuratively speaking, argumentative analytical humans follow the very practice of keeping their oral hygiene instruments in the toilet cubicle when it comes to worship, contemplation, and meditation.

They have convinced themselves, and anyone willing to lend them an ear, that worship, contemplation, and meditation can be conducted anywhere, anytime and in any situation.

Then they meet someone from my background, and after repeated attempts to impress us with how deep, beneficial and rewarding their technique is, they are surprised when we invite them to join us for a session of real worship. The rite, ritual and rigidity of the routine confuses them. Having to sit motionless for three hours and twelve minutes in the morning, and then again in the evening… well let’s just say that after the first morning session we never see them again.

Regardless of your birth-faith, worship in every faith is a serious activity.

In Sikhism, the morning prayers are meant to last the full allotted time of two hours and forty minutes, as are the evening prayers. At this basic level of worship, one is expected to sit motionless, without breaking the cross-legged posture, the entire time.

The master should be able to point to a student, have them stand up straight, walk ten paces, turn, walk back, and sit down again without experiencing numbness in the legs from the cross-legged posture.

How is this done?

By conscious use of bio-energy. To retain bio-energy (it is not an energy per se, but an entity….a life form), the flow of this entity (not energy), and thus prevent the student suffering from numb legs, requires intense focused attention on one’s bio-system. At the same time, the student must be attuned to the master’s thought-pattern and psyche.

Furthermore, each living being attracts and distributes entity-presence through the base transference conduits of radiation, convection, and conduction. Above this is the rule that controls the flow of the psychic entity. Above that, more subtle refined entities have their pathways, and we corporeal beings (be that as rocks, dust, air or the atmosphere surrounding this planet) are touched. We interact, and absorb or deflect, according to our initial agreed operating parameters.

Now this is where the law of confusion comes into its own.

Many an evolved and refined entity-energy is hugely disruptive, disgustingly harmful and distorted. Its ethos is so anti-god in comparison with our concept that we may as well refer to this type of entity as the devil. This evolved and refined entity-energy is the equivalent of drinking a cup of water from your recently flushed toilet bowl.

Thus, it is dangerous to perform worship, contemplation and meditation in the presence of this type of entity-energy, as the entity will masquerade itself as ‘god-energy’ and seduce you to become its pawn. Subsequently, its unbalanced and perverted social, moral and ethical compass is portrayed to your own mindscape as the genuine article.

You become a global saviour who has all the answers…if only the whole human world would bow down to you. And, of course, there is no point in telling you that you might have screwed up. No, not you!

So, you see, worship, contemplation, and meditation are not as easy as the argumentative analytical humans would have you believe.

Here, I am having a dig at the numerous global new-age centres, yoga studios, and in Sikhism the cult of the Akhand Kirtani Jatha.

The leading lights of these centres, having visited India and spent a length of time in the company of a teacher (no, not a guru, albeit they may call them gurus), assume they have learned and understood, and are therefore capable of spreading spiritual vibes.

They fail to appreciate that it takes lifetimes to master rite, then ritual, then worship. However, these self-appointed saviours of planet earth think they are the chosen one, and begin to teach. Idiots teaching idiots: they hand out certificates to idiots who have completed a set course claiming the new idiot is qualified to practice, and the newly-qualified idiot spreads the idiotic message to other delusional idiots…and just like a rolling stone their idiotology gathers no moss as it moves ever forward…and you wonder why the planet is in such disarray!

The new-age centres, along with the commercial yoga centres and the cult of Akhand Kirtani Jatha, all practice a daily régime akin to keeping their toothbrushes in the same room where the stench of their faecal matter becomes airborne. This attaches onto their toothbrushes, and they use those toothbrushes religiously, without a moment’s thought about hygiene.

Please do not assume that worship, contemplation, and meditation are easy or can be conducted anywhere or at any time.

If the surrounding area is not conducive to meditation, one cannot begin worship, contemplation, or meditation.

An analogy: men do not pick up a street prostitute and engage in sex with that person in the open view of everyone. Even that basic transaction requires a closed environment and privacy to a degree. Brothels have become the exact environment for that type of activity.

In the same manner, worship, contemplation, and meditation can only be exercised and conducted at a set time, in a pre-designated area, for a particular length of time. The harmonics of that area have to be brought into line, over a period of time, with the exercise of worship, contemplation and meditation.

This is why advanced beings chose certain points of the earth’s surface for the general public to gather and conduct worship. These points were turned into places of worship. They then become institutions with management committees, where conflict evolved, and pseudo-political parties were established. However, to you the ordinarywala, I humbly indicate and request: please attend the prescribed centers associated with your birth-faith, conduct your prayers sitting in the main chamber, for the one hundred and sixty minutes, and then leave. Additionally, I plead, please do not get entrapped in the politics of the place.

Places of worship are the centres of antrekarna (soul) cleansing – cleansing here means re-harmonising. A cleansed antrekarna (soul) accommodates clarity of thought and aids one’s inner advancement.

Contemplation, Meditation, and Samadhi

This essay comes in response to feedback on my essay (13th December 2015) entitled “Sikhs and Meditation”. It was noted that I left elements unexplained, shrouded in ambiguity. Indeed, this was deliberate because field workers at my level are constrained in terms of what they are permitted to divulge.

Field workers with my level of responsibility are tasked with aiding the development of a seeker’s inner awakening, and we do by giving indications and pointers. Seldom do we impart precise instructions. The reason for this is that we may only operate within set parameters, and to overstep our boundaries is to invite demotion – no questions asked – by those charged with examining our conduct and the content of our guidance, who may do so under disguise as seekers themselves.

So if I was vague in “Sikh and Meditation” it was intentional.

Part of the reason why those at my level are policed arises from the discrepancy between what we see and what you see. We have, at times, unparalleled access to memories encased within creation which you would normally reference as past, present and future. That which you call the future, you perceive as unfathomable, unpredictable, unformed, shrouded in unknowability though hovering like a cloud on the horizon, subject to change and react to any given stimulus.

To speak of the future is, in your conception of things, to embody unreliability. But once the future has come to pass and shifts into the category of the real, whether of past or present, you can see that which we at my level already know. Namely, the future is a precipitate of all that has happened and is happening, and more so it is implicated in – and a co-determinant of – that which forms the past and the present.

The future is not awaiting expression or fulfillment, it has already expressed and fulfilled itself.

To put it simply, the future is not a state of becoming. It has become.

The interaction and the co-existence of past, present and future (to use the categories with which you are most acquainted) is a cornerstone of Sikhism and of Vedanta philosophy. We address the pool of interactive awareness of past, present and future – that which you imagine as distinct temporalities bound by a relationship of teleology and process – as the Akashi Records.

The Akashi Records posit that past, present and future are encompassed within the frame of creation and non-creation, which contrary to the way you understand them are not distinct but are a particular kind of singularity.

We might say the same about the concepts of beginning and end – these have to be seen as a process of movement from one to the other, yet like past, present and future, like creation and non-creation, they are in fact one and the same. Beginning and end are simultaneously themselves and each other.

If I apply this to Sikhism, as a good Sikh (which I am not – recall, I am the not so terribly good Sikh!) I ought to adhere to and believe in the concept of the Akaal – the formless. What Sikhs fail to grasp is that the formless is not form-less; rather, it has a presence. In fact, it comprises a multitude of layers, a set of strata beyond whatever formless designation we impute to it in our minds.

The Akaal is not itself formlessness, but encapsulates the formless, whereupon we cognize that both Akaal and the formlessness it references are entities. They are not nothing, they are clearly something. (Note to Sikhs – this point is stated categorically in the Sri Guru Granth Sahibji by none other than Guru Nanakdevji – please locate the actual stanza).

Reverting to creation and non-creation. These are governed by karma. By this I do not mean the action-reaction, cause-effect thing you call karma, these being more accurately definitions of samskar (a sub-stratum of karma). No. Karma is the qualitative, not the quantitative, it is how the flow from a portal is governed, it is not the outflow itself. Karma governs the outflow, which when it coagulates forms creation.

To the ordinarywallahs, fixed on the notion of the social contract and our obligations within it, and to poets, who parlay the often sad and painful consequences of chasing after one’s desires, karma serves a particular and much-needed function to keep us on the straight-and-narrow as well as to romanticise the fall-out when you fail to do so.

However, the outflow which karma governs is itself already embedded in samskar, that is, it is already endowed with action-reaction and cause-and-effect, whose quantities are relative to the dilation of the portal. Hence, creation and non-creation are one complete segment of an expression from a given portal, which in turn has various dimensions, which are enclosed in zones. The zones interrupt, mingle with and travel through one another, while maintaining their individual integrity and unique vibration.

When you look out into the night sky, you see blackness, while those at my level see light. You see emptiness, we see creation and systems.

But back to “Sikh and Meditation” and the charge of vagueness that was the response of some to the essay. I deliberately and overtly glossed over the stratum of what you call meditation – but which those at my level know as contemplation, meditation and samadhi. The detail I gave in the essay was prerequisite to embarking on and achieving a state of contemplation. A starter-for-ten, if you like, where the vexed (and vexatious) relationship between pessimism and internal patriotism are explored.

You will recall that I outlined the rungs of advancement as progressing from diet-based, through thought-based and emotion-based, to the realm of humility and servility. These rungs are the reality to which you must become attuned, become one with internally, and then live outwardly, before contemplation commences.

Contemplation is not, as you would have it, internal debate of ideas and the suchlike.

Contemplation is not the place for conjecture. Conjecture must already have been gotten out of the way, dealt with, in the course of the rungs of advancement mentioned above, and through the process of attunement practiced first internally and then externally.

Contemplation is total opinionlessness. Opinionlessness is in turn the canvas on to which the depths of realism are ready to be drawn with broad brushstrokes, but one awaits intervention from another for this to happen. This other is duty-bound to you; it is their responsibility to trigger your initial entry into and beyond contemplation. They could be a person who makes an observation in passing or they could be your formal educator, a teacher whose presence is less transitory and more enduring.

My indication is that the vast majority of secular beings are not ready for contemplation let alone meditation. Many applicants sit cross-legged and announce to onlookers that they are in fact assuming the hallowed lotus posture. Sorry to break it to you, but what you do doesn’t even come close to the lotus posture. Every image you have seen of it is wrong, a falsity.

So what hope have you of entering contemplation, forget meditation and samadhi, when your knowledge of the lotus position is wrong? Especially when you do not even know that correct posture and joga (yoga as you call it) come after, and never before, one has attained contemplation, and that it is the latter that leads you into deeper inner resonance and joga ability.

Oh, and by the way, what on earth is a downward-facing dog?!?!

Idiots, certified to teach idiots, re-label postures in accordance with their own (or borrowed) brand of stupidity; and they ensure and enable the development of nothing more than inner darkness in those they purport to teach.

I cannot indicate strongly enough that meditation is dangerous.

Meditation is the pathway to your introduction to your inner light.

Meditation is the pathway to your introduction to your inner darkness.

At a secular level, you will never be able to differentiate between light and darkness. From within your present level of comprehension both are godlike.

Be warned and tread carefully.
